Rent the Wellness Center
The space is very versatile and can be arranged to fit your needs. This space works for yoga classes, workshops, meetings, open mics, podcast recording (bring your own equipment), sister circles, and much more!
This unique space is 1600 square feet and can fit 35 people comfortably. This space has holistic decor, a metaphysical library, and it is attached to the Metaphysical store! There are plenty of parking spaces in the shopping center parking lot and there is additional parking at the back of the building.

Classroom/Event Space
Metaphysical Event Space Terms and Conditions
Wellness Center/Event Space Area:
Base price $50/hour (during store hours)
4 Hours - $200
8 Hours- $400
*Extra time can be purchased at $25 for every 1/2 hour*
* $50 non-refundable deposit to schedule.
*$25 for every half an hour will be charged if you go over time.
*Rental Does not include the treatment area or the retail store.
*All scheduled time must include time for set-up/clean-up*

Space must be paid for in full at least 24 hours before the event/service. Set up and take down must be completed during the allotted time. ie. 4 hour rental = 30 minutes set-up/take-down.
*Note* We want everyone to succeed. If you cannot afford to rent the space we suggest you offer the opportunity for vendors to sell at your event for a fee, which in turn you can use to cover your fee for rental of the space. If you are a practitioner see the terms below.
Alcohol: No Alcohol vendors are allowed on-site without proper licensing.
Amenities: WiFi, electricity, use of furniture, and store during open hours.
$10/hour for store clerk outside of store hours.

$400 a month for 100 hours/month
(Cannot use the treatment space during paid events or the bi-monthly fair. Use calendar)
Fyre & Wata Metaphysical Wellness Center would love the opportunity to grow our tribe and collaborate with other Spiritualpreneurs by offering our treatment room(s) in exchange for your productive time at the Center. There is a limited number of slots available for this option. CLASSROOM/EVENT CENTER NOT INCLUDED.
Classroom Event/Space
Wellness Center Classroom/Event space is $50 per hour for events. If you are teaching a weekly class the fee for use of the Wellness Center is $25 for 2 hours or $5 per person for up to 2 hours (including setup and cleanup) during open hours only. You will be required to provide a registration sheet for each class that matches your fee due at the start of class.
